Welcome to WAX Gym, a large gym complex located in Newquay! Our facility offers a wide range of amenities, including, a spin studio, and even a Combat Centre. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting out on your fitness journey, WAX Gym has something for everyone.
At WAX Gym we pride ourselves on being inclusive for all.
We also take into account that joining any Gym for the first time can be daunting and seem confusing at first.
We are a team of 9 dedicated and qualified instructors, with many years between us of working within the fitness industry.
We pride ourselves on being a facility which benefits the community, with various social events going on throughout the year. Look out for new classes and events on our monthly newsletter!

A designated room which caters for all types of weightlifting
Cardio Room
A state of the art area consisting of brand new cardio equipment
Resistance Room
The most multifunctional area of WAX Gym, a machine available for all muscle groups
Spin Studio
Our very own high performance spin studio, fully equipped with Matrix Bikes
Free Weight Room
A functional room equipped with 2 x 50kg Dumbbell sets and weight benches
WOD Room
Our ‘Workout Of The Day’ Room is suitable for functional and cross training fitness
Main Studio
The most utilised room at WAX Gym, 95+ classes a week take place in our versatile studio
Combat Centre
The home of Combat Sports in Newquay, a fully equipped combat centre
