Strength & Conditioning View

Strength & Conditioning

Intermediate – Basic prior experience of lifting required. A strength and conditioning class which focuses on a different lift each session, followed by a METCON (Metabolic Conditioning).

METCON View

METCON

Follows either a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Format with short periods of intense exercise or or circuit training style workouts with various exercises performed back to back. These classes use a range of equipment and movements.

Circuits View

Circuits

A class which combines cardio and strength based exercises. Circuits is one of the centre’s most popular classes. Get involved – and take part in a full body workout!

Power View

Power

Focusing on the big 3 power lifts -Squat, bench and deadlift -Our powerlifting programme is designed to suit any level of participants

Physique Training View

Physique Training

This is our Bodybuilding class. Physique training takes place Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 4:30pm. Each session is fully programmed and progressively overloaded as the weeks go on – Results are guaranteed!

BoxFit View

BoxFit

Our Boxfit class offers a great cardio workout featuring boxing training techniques, including skipping, boxing drills, footwork and abdominal workouts โ€“ all with a strong focus on toning the body.

AMRAP View

AMRAP

A 30 minute circuit style class. 5 exercises, as many rounds as possible in a set time. A full body workout in half an hour using weighted and body weight exercises.

Conditioning View

Conditioning

Build overall fitness by improving; strength, endurance, speed and agility through varied high intensity exercises. This will be done by using cardio machines, dumbbells’, kettlebells, wall balls and body weight exercises.

HIIT N Skip View

HIIT N Skip

A 30 minute class of skipping and high intensity, cardio based and bodyweight exercises to challenge you and raise your heart rate! This class can be adapted to suit all levels of fitness.

WAX Family Fit View

WAX Family Fit

A fun, parent and child friendly fitness class focused on learning technique, building strength and enjoying fast-paced conditioning together. Designed to keep the whole family moving, this class blends skill development with fitness games and teamwork for an energetic, supportive workout you can do with your child. Minimum age 8 years.
