Q. How do I sign up?

To sign up, all you need to do is, download the WAX Gym app, sign up ย and choose a membership. Alternatively you can come in and see us, we can set your membership up for you.

Q. How far in advance can you book classes?

Classes go live on our app a week in advance, so on Monday you can book for the following Monday.

Q. How can I cancel my membership?

We need 30 days notice, Send us an email at info@waxgym.co.uk.

Q. Do I need an induction?

It is not mandatory, but we are available if you wish to have and induction, just let a member of the team know.

Q. I’m under 18 can I use the gym?

Children aged 12โ€“15 must hold a valid membership and be accompanied at all times by a parent or guardian who also holds a valid membership. Those aged 16 and over must hold a valid membership and may use the gym unaccompanied, but not outside staffed hours.

Q. Do you offer personal training?

Yeah we sure do, send us an email at info@waxgym.co.uk and one of our trainers will get back to you.

Q. I am a beginner, can I do the classes?

Of course you can! We have classes for all abilities, you can take it at your own pace.

Come and see a member of the team and we can direct you to all of our beginner friendly classes

Q. Do you offer a free trial?

Email info@waxgym.co.ukย and let us know what you are looking for and we will see how we can help.

You can also pay as you go to try a few sessions before taking out the membership

Q. Is there parking?

Yes, we have a large car park situated at the Gym

Q. What are the busiest times?

Our busiest times are between 6am-8am , 5pm – 8pm

Q. What age do you have to be to use the gym 24 hours?

18 and over.

Q. Do your 1-week, 2-week, and 1-month memberships include 24-hour access?

No. These memberships only allow use of the facilities during staffed hours.
