Strength & Conditioning View

Strength & Conditioning

Intermediate – Basic prior experience of lifting required. A strength and conditioning class which focuses on a different lift each session, followed by a METCON (Metabolic Conditioning).



This 30 minute workout follows either a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Format with short periods of intense exercise or or circuit training style workouts with various exercises performed back to back. These classes use a range of equipment and movements.

Circuits View


A class which combines cardio and strength based exercises. Circuits is one of the centre’s most popular classes. Get involved – and take part in a full body workout!

Power View


Power combines the ‘Big 3 lifts’, Squat, Bench-Press and Deadlift. All sessions are programmed under the watchful eye of one of our strength coaches.

Physique Training View

Physique Training

This is our Bodybuilding class. Physique training takes place Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 4:30pm. Each session is fully programmed and progressively overloaded as the weeks go on – Results are guaranteed!

Glute Pump View

Glute Pump

High rep, Lower weight strength training for development of the glute and legs. Similar to our Glute Lab class, Glute Pump involves a lighter weight, but performing at a higher rep scale.

Kettlebell View


A full body transformative workout. The kettlebell provides a more user-friendly means of performing classic strength-, muscle-, and power-building exercises, such as the clean and snatch, which many people can’t do safely with a barbell. It lends itself perfectly to flowing movement, building stability and mobility that carries over to athletics—as well as the game of life—seamlessly.

Pump View


A barbell-based workout, using high repetition training to help develop lean, athletic muscles. Combining movements with time under tension and bodyweight exercises ensures you will get a great body pump!

Engine View


A 30 minute advanced intense cardiovascular and anaerobic workout. Making use of machines such as Ski Ergs, Assault Bikes and Rowers. This class entails high intensity periods of work followed by periods of rest – a great way to build an Engine!

Bodybuild View


Mixed ability class – basic bodybuilding movements. The class will focus on increasing both strength and muscle mass, utilising H.I.T – low volume approach
