Intermediate – Basic prior experience of lifting required. A strength and conditioning class which focuses on a different lift each session, followed by a METCON (Metabolic Conditioning).
Follows either a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Format with short periods of intense exercise or or circuit training style workouts with various exercises performed back to back. These classes use a range of equipment and movements.
A class which combines cardio and strength based exercises. Circuits is one of the centre’s most popular classes. Get involved – and take part in a full body workout!
Focusing on the big 3 power lifts -Squat, bench and deadlift -Our powerlifting programme is designed to suit any level of participants
This is our Bodybuilding class. Physique training takes place Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 4:30pm. Each session is fully programmed and progressively overloaded as the weeks go on – Results are guaranteed!
Our Boxfit class offers a great cardio workout featuring boxing training techniques, including skipping, boxing drills, footwork and abdominal workouts – all with a strong focus on toning the body.
This is our ‘Back to Basics’ class which incorporates a range of bodyweight movements to improve both your overall strength and cardio vascular fitness. These sessions take place both indoors and outdoors.
A 30 minuet circuit style class. 5 exercises, as many rounds as possible in a set time. A full body workout in half an hour using weighted and body weight exercises
