A barbell-based workout, using high repetition training to help develop lean, athletic muscles. Combining movements with time under tension and bodyweight exercises ensures you will get a great body pump!
A choreographed routine on the step including toning exercises, weighted movements and bodyweight training. This class is suitable for all abilities and great fun at the same time.

Calling all dance enthusiasts! Dancing is a whole-body workout that’s actually fun. It’s good for your heart, it makes you stronger, and it can help with balance and coordination. Regardless of your dance ability this session will have you moving your body, increasing your fitness levels
A beginners low impact spinning class aimed at the over 60’s. Our instructor will take you through a gentle cycle, with a variety of moves and intensities.
This is our ‘Back to Basics’ class which incorporates a range of bodyweight movements to improve both your overall strength and cardio vascular fitness. These sessions take place both indoors and outdoors.
We have various of Active 50 + classes that are perfect for beginners 7 days of the week. Ranging from Yoga to circuit training and step aerobics to sit and cycle. A great community environment with regular coffee mornings and social events.
