FAQs

Q. How do I place an order?

Pre-order’s can only be placed online through our website. Simply choose your meals, select your preferred collection day (Monday or Thursday), and complete the checkout process.

Q. Where/when can I collect my meals?

Meals can be collected from WAX Gym Newquay on your chosen collection day (Monday or Thursday) during manned times (5.30am – 9.30pm).

Q. How far in advance do I need to order?

Our cut off times:

  • For a Monday collection: by 2pm Friday
  • For a Thursday collection: by 2pm on Wednesday

Q. How long will the meals stay fresh?

Because all our meals are made fresh and without preservatives they can only be stored in the fridge for up to 3–4 days, depending on the dish.

Please check the packaging for specific storage instructions.

Q. Are the meals suitable for specific dietary requirements?

We offer a variety of meals to cater to different dietary preferences, including vegetarian, high-protein, and low-carb options. Specific allergens are listed on the packaging in bold. If you have severe allergies, please contact us before ordering.

Q. Do you use additives or preservatives?

No, all our meals are made fresh, locally, and without additives or preservatives.

Q. Can I choose what’s in my meal?

We offer a rotating menu each month. You can select your favourite meals from the available options. Let us know your favourites so we can bring them back!

Q. What if I miss the collection day?

If you’re unable to collect your meals on the designated day, please contact us as soon as possible.

Meals for collection are stored in a dedicated fridge at WAX Gym for collection, we recommend collecting your meals on time to ensure freshness. However, they can be picked up at a day later if needed.

We do not take responsibility for wastage of products that are not collected on-time.

Q. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can’t be modified or canceled after the order cut-off time.

Q. Do you deliver?

Currently, the service is pick-up only from WAX Gym in Newquay. Depending on demand, we may consider delivery options in the future.

Q. Do I have to pre-order?

Yes! Whilst we do prepare extras of all our meals for sale at WAX Gym, these are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, and stock may be limited.

Pre-ordering is the only way to ensure availability.
