Luke

We’d like to introduce you to our newest instructor, Luke! Despite his young age Luke has already coached internationally, in some of the best gyms. He studied for a Kinesiology and Performance Degree in America, and played high level soccer whilst studying. He then instructed at two large functional training gyms in Australia.

Luke is one of three new instructors joining the team, allowing us to offer even more unique classes to our members.

He will be teaching Metcon, S&C, along with adding his own classes to our upcoming new timetable.
